— The June 2023 issue of MEN'S NON-NO featured a special feature entitled "Icons of the Present and the Current State of Fashion," featuring 12 celebrities in the spotlight at MEN'S NON-NO. Each celebrity wore luxury brands in their own unique style, and the finale of this feature was a special guest from Korea, SEVENTEEN's DK (Dokyeom), making his first appearance in MEN'S NON-NO. Dior's latest creations — filled with an insatiable creative quest to respect the past and connect it to the future — resonate with DK's sincere approach to life, which looks to the future. He greeted the editorial staff, who flew to Seoul at short notice, with a smile and agreed to his first interview for MEN'S NON-NO readers!

DK is already a very popular artist in Japan, but since you’re appearing on MEN'S NON-NO for the first time, could you introduce yourself?

🐰 Hello, I’m DK from SEVENTEEN. I’m so happy to appear on Men’s Non-no for the first time. I feel overwhelmed that I was personally selected for this grand feature, and I was already feeling excited before coming to the studio. (in Japanese) I feel very nice~!
We heard that before coming to the photoshoot, you learned about the concept and special features of the costumes. You even helped with selecting the costumes you’d be wearing, and your agency told us that you were seriously looking over the contents of today’s photoshoot.
🐰 (In Japanese) Wa~ Thank you! I heard that the photoshoot theme was “Explorer”, so in my mind, I wanted to bring that vibe out from the photoshoot.
There were many distinctive and meticulous costumes, but you seemed to have pull them off well.
🐰 When I read the list of costume options sent by Men’s Non-no, I started by thinking “how would this look when I actually wear it?”, and was overcome by anticipation. The cameraman also took such cool photos of me and I was so satisfied.
